14-day returns.

The basics

You can return any eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and — where possible — in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email orovastudio3@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and which item you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm the return and send you the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm it's approved, and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show up on your statement.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — see below.

Damaged or defective items

Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships, but if yours arrives damaged or defective, email us at orovastudio3@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to cover return shipping.

Made-to-order & personalized pieces

Every Orova piece is 3D printed to order in the color you chose — small variations in texture or finish are part of the handmade printing process, not a defect. Because of this, orders with a personalization note (custom color combinations or requests) are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
